There is ample room across the front for four waterfront cabins without blocking any of the view from the house or from any of the other cabins. The beach is nicely sloped to put in a float for tying up skiffs.

As mentioned before, the fishing is fantastic and all close by. About two miles away there is a terminal fishing area for a hatchery, lots of king salmon and cohos. Halibut of all sizes are within five to ten miles. Currently there are four resorts between here and Petersburg and they all are quite busy during the summer.
